Guarantee & Returns...

We want you to be happy, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods to us within 14 days from the date of dispatch and providing the goods are in as new condition at our discretion we will refund your payment.

we do not take back fire props if they have been set on fire, unless any of the mechanical links have failed, in which will be repaired and sent back to you within the 14 day period of guarantee.

Please e-mail help@thepoishop.co.uk before sending back any goods. Items sent back without any knowledgement will be rejected.

We reserve the right to change the prices on this web site without prior notice.

Payment Options...

For online orders we accept payments by all major credit and debit cards via PayPal. We also accept cheques and uk postal orders.

Goods that have been paid for by cheque will be held back until funds have been cleared. For more information please click here.

No problem, you can pay securely with your credit or debit card still by using the PayPal cart, No account needed!

Item not in stock...

If you order a item that we do not have in stock, we will contact you by e-mail. We will let you know when to expect your order. If you prefer not to wait, then please let us know and we will gladly cancel your order and refund your payment.

VAT is included on all goods.

We reserve the right to hold, suspend or cancel orders without prior notice. Any suspected fraud attempts will be investigated and reported to the appropriate authorities.
